THE TEAM
Hilldash was founded by Dan and Jenn Donovan, a husband-and-wife team who have built, acquired, and scaled businesses together. We’ve sat in the owner’s seat, made payroll, managed cash flow, hired leaders, fixed broken systems, rebuilt marketing, and navigated growth ourselves.

We built Hilldash after seeing too many strong companies fall short of their potential, not from lack of vision or effort, but from misalignment between strategy, structure, and execution. Vision and effort alone are not enough. We work alongside you, solve your biggest challenges, and operate as if the business were our own.
