Hilldash is an operating partner for businesses in the messy middle, when growth and opportunity outpace the structure beneath them.
We built Hilldash after seeing too many strong companies fall short of their potential, not from lack of vision or effort, but from misalignment between strategy, structure, and execution. Vision and effort alone are not enough.
We are not a consulting firm. We work alongside you, step in where needed, and apply the discipline and accountability of ownership, as if the business were our own.

Hilldash was founded by Dan and Jenn, a husband and wife team who have built, owned, and scaled businesses together to multi-million dollar annual revenue.
Jenn believes businesses run on people. Dan believes businesses run on systems. Together, they bring balanced pressure to the business.
The partnership exists to bring unified leadership across people, growth, finance, and execution so the entire business runs as a disciplined, aligned system.
