Jenn brings experience as a founder, owner, and retail executive. She has built and operated businesses where capital, hiring, and marketing decisions carried real financial exposure. She also spent more than a decade in public company retail leadership, where she drove revenue, margin, and inventory strategy and performance while leading large cross-functional teams.
Jenn does not separate performance from people. She understands what drives behavior, from customers to teams, and uses that insight to shape strategy, strengthen product-market fit, and build operational structure that supports growth.
She leans into hard conversations early, clarifies roles, raises standards, and addresses misalignment directly. Expectations are clear, accountability is defined, and performance improves as a result.
